Alpa Spa presents Alpa Release, a new line of specific chemicals for the finishing with release paper system. Alpa Release system allows to heavily upgrade the selection of all kind of leather and it has been tested with the most important manufacturers of application system with paper-release. Alpa Release system eliminates atmospheric emissions and significantly reduces production costs by reducing the waste of the chemicals. AKRAL PU TNT Akral Pu TNT is a ground base to be applied directly on the leather, either by spray or by roller coater. Akral Pu TNT allows to obtain excellent covering with the adhesion characteristics necessary to complete the transfer process of subsequent paper- release applications. Akral Pu TNT forms a tough and flexible film with very good physical fastness and it can be cross–linked with crosslinking agents of Alparet Series ALPATOP RLS Alpatop RLS is a highly specific product for detaching from the matrix / sheet and subsequent transfer on the leather in the release system. Alpatop RLS is applied through roller – coater machine directly on the matrix / sheet. Alpatop RLS forms a tough and strong film with excellent physical fastness and it can be cross-linked with our crosslinking agents of Alparet Series
