BK 5072 Soft and flexible Madras large-sized goat with a glossy aniline finishing. The Pull-Up effect is generated in the finish using a blend of WAX 02/F and BIOFIN OIL 321. It's possible to customize the intensity of the Pull-Up effect by manipulating the balance of the mixture. The final use of E-LUX gives the article filling, coverage and softness, while the use of CA 33-02, a protein binder for eco-sustainable leathers, generates a uniform and glossy top. BK 5069 is made on an oily and waxy pre-coated goat crust using a mixture of two products: BIOFIN SC 110, an anionic light pre-basecoat suitable for polishing effects; UR 77-01, a slightly film-forming biopolymer based on natural raw materials derived from renewable sources for eco-sustainable articles and CA 33-01, a glossy protein binder for eco-sustainable articles, used as a topcoat. This natural-look is generated by a vegetable tanning using BIOXOIL 73, a formaldehyde-free fatliquor derived from 64% of natural raw materials and the free-bisphenol BIOTAN BC/8, a protein filler (derived from 70% natural raw materials), which contains tanning agents and an oily substance useful for lubricating and relaxing the grain, protecting it against the action of vacuum drying and creating a smooth surface. In each recipe BIOTAN RM, a special product showing good dispersing action on vegetable tanning agents, is used dispersing the same vegetable tannins and enhancing their reactivity..
