BK 5149 Vegetable tanned calf side with a waxy effect realized in the finishing using a concentrated blend based on WAX 530, a product formulation to obtain a Pull-Up effect on both buffed and full-grain leathers. The article can be used for footwear and is made starting from wet blue stripped with BIOSIN KT, a formaldehyde-free product to be used on wet blue where, thanks to its complexing capacity, it is able to neutralize and block the chrome sulphate removed from the fibers. Subsequently retanned with a high amount of vegetable tannins. Due to the large amount of vegetable retanning agents, the process is balanced by adding a blend of greasing agents to lubricate the fibers. The most important are BIOTAN A (formaldehyde-free) a mix of eco-sustainable fatliquors - LIKERSOL ZBN (25% natural raw materials and lanolin based) - CUOIOXOL PB10 (formaldehyde-free, sulphates-free, 100% natural raw materials) - BIOXOIL GM based on 64% natural raw materials.
